Role: Sales Manager - Materials/Timber
Salary: 55-65k DOE, Plus Bonus, Company Car

Are you a results drive, dynamic Sales Manager?

We are looking for a Sales Leader to work with one of our clients managing their internal sales team in achieving company sales and goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and a passion for driving results in a similar role within Timber/Material sales environment.

What you will be doing:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets
• The role will require the successful candidate to oversee the day to day management of the sales team
• Ensure the team achieves sales, volume and margin targets, liaise with supply chain team, suppliers and manage stock.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies
• Occasional visits to clients and suppliers

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and enthusiastic with prior experience working as a Sales Manager in a similar environment /timber/building materials
• Proven experience in sales management with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

My client offer a competitive basic salary of circa 65k depending on experience plus company car, bonus and progression/development opportunities.
